The invention provides a Bi2O3-SnO2-Zn2SnO4 voltage sensitive-capacitance dual-function ceramic material and a preparation method thereof and relates to a ceramic material in the field of inorganic nonmetals and a preparation method of the ceramic material. The preparation method of the Bi2O3-SnO2-Zn2SnO4 voltage sensitive-capacitance dual-function ceramic material comprises the following steps: mixing Bi2O3 powder, SnO2 powder and Zn2SnO4 powder, which are taken as raw materials, in a mole ratio of X:79.4:20.6, wherein X is more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.03, adding water, and carrying out ball milling, so that slurry is obtained; drying the obtained slurry, adding poly vinyl alcohol solution to obtain a wet material, then tabletting, discharging rubber, sintering, and cooling, so that the Bi2O3-SnO2-Zn2SnO4 voltage sensitive-capacitance dual-function ceramic material product is obtained. The prepared Bi2O3-SnO2-Zn2SnO4 voltage sensitive-capacitance dual-function ceramic material has low sintering temperature, good shrinkage and high density, has voltage sensitive property without doping, is simple in preparation process and can be applied to large-scale industrial production.
