The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-temperature antioxidant coating, and belongs to the technical field of heat treatment protecting of steel and iron. The preparation method of the high-temperature antioxidant coating comprises the following steps: respectively weighing the following components of nano mixed powder by ratio: 50%-75% of silicon nitride nano-powder, 10%-25% of activated carbide, 10%-15% of an accelerant and 5%-10% of a sintering agent; mixing the weighed components of the nano mixed powder evenly; respectively adding a binder, a dispersing agent and a solvent to the evenly mixed powder; and stirring in a high-speed reaction kettle, so as to obtain the required coating. By virtue of the coating prepared by the preparation method of the high-temperature antioxidant coating disclosed by the invention, steel metal can have relatively good oxidation resistance in high-temperature heat treatment, is wide in application range, small in environmental pollution and low in cost.
