High-temperature-resistant antioxidant composite coating and preparation process thereof
The invention provides a preparation process of a high-temperature-resistant antioxidant composite coating, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing ammonia borane and ferrocene, sprayingthe mixture on the surface of a C/C matrix, and generating BN whiskers in a high-temperature high-pressure environment; and then introducing PCS into the reaction kettle, and continuously depositinga SiC coating on the surface of the C/C matrix under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure. Meanwhile, the invention further provides an application of the coating obtained through thepreparation process in a C/C matrix material, and the BN whiskers have good high-temperature resistance and play a good bridging role between the SiC coating and the C/C matrix, so that the SiC coating is attached to the surface of the C/C matrix more tightly and is not prone to stripping in a high-temperature oxidation environment. Besides, the SiC coating prepared by the method is simple in process and stable in performance, and the high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance of the material are improved.
本发明提供了一种耐高温抗氧化复合涂层的制备工艺,是通过将氨硼烷和二茂铁混合均匀后喷涂在C/C基体表面,高温高压环境下生成BN晶须;随后向反应釜中通入PCS,高温高压条件下继续在C/C基体表面沉积一层SiC涂层。同时,还提供了上述制备工艺获得涂层,在C/C基体材料中的应用,本发明中的BN晶须本身具有良好的耐高温性能,在SiC涂层和C/C基体之间起到良好的桥接作用,使得SiC涂层在C/C基体表面附着更紧密,高温氧化环境下也不易发生剥离。另外,采用本发明制备的SiC涂层,工艺简单,性能稳定,提高材料的耐高温、抗氧化性能。
