The invention provides a torpedo ladle lining repairing sprayed material which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 35-45% of waste torpedo ladle bricks, 20-25% of brown fused alumina, 12-18% of silicon carbide powder, 10-15% of waste iron runner material powder, 4-6% of pure calcium aluminate cement, 3-5% of an additive, 0.5-1.5% of an antioxidant as well as a water reducing agent which accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the total amount of the spraying material, and an anti-explosion agent which accounts for 0.02-0.05% of the total amount of the sprayed material. The preparation method of the sprayed material comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the raw materials in a strong stirring machine for 2-4 minutes according to the ratio, thereby obtaining the spraying material. The use method of the spraying material comprises the following steps: adding water which accounts for 5-7wt.% of the total mass of the spraying material, uniformly mixing for 1-2 minutes in the strong stirring machine, spraying, and drying for 2-3 hours at 500-700 DEG C, thereby normally using a torpedo ladle. When the sprayed material is used, the service life of the torpedo ladle can be prolonged by 10% or above, and as waste materials are used as a main raw material, the production and use cost can be greatly lowered and the environment can be protected.
