Special composite foaming agent for lightweight heat-insulating ceramic
The invention discloses a special composite foaming agent for lightweight heat-insulating ceramic. The special composite foaming agent comprises a reducing foaming agent, an oxidizing agent and a foam stabilizer, wherein the reducing foaming agent is a by-product, namely silicon carbide mud sump or silicon carbide dust-collecting powder, produced in silicon carbide production; the oxidizing agent is ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, a mineral substance with relatively high ferric oxide content or a mineral substance with relatively high titanium dioxide content; and the foam stabilizer is fluorite. According to the special composite foaming agent for the lightweight heat-insulating ceramic, the lightweight thermal insulation material of which the volume density is unequal in 250-1000kg/m<3> can be obtained; the operating temperature of the composite foaming agent is 1000-1220 DEG C; a layer of refractory shell is formed on surface layer of a foamed ceramic sintering body; and the compact refractory shell obviously has three effects that: the product is smoothly finished in a roller hearth kiln and the foamed ceramic body is prevented from being adhered to the roller; a gas phase is prevented from being discharged out; the product with low volume density and low heat conductivity coefficient is obtained; and the mechanical properties such as the rupture modulus, the surface wearability and the anti-impact force of the ceramic body are improved. The special composite foaming agent can be used as renovating, decorating, heat-insulating and sound-insulating ceramic materials according to the difference in volume density and heat conductivity coefficient.
