The invention provides a foaming agent, a foamed material, a composite foamed ceramic and a preparation method of the composite foamed ceramic. The foaming agent comprises 150-mesh silicon carbide and1500-mesh silicon carbide. The foamed material comprises 50-80 parts of polished tile waste residues, 5-15 parts of clay, 10-25 parts of feldspar, 2-8 parts of talc, 0.5-2 parts of a stabilizer and 0.2-1.5 parts of the foaming agent. The composite foamed ceramic comprises a polished tile decorative layer, a lightweight material layer, a foamed material pressing layer and a foamed material stacking layer which are sequentially stacked. The preparation method of the composite foamed ceramic comprises the following steps: sequentially spreading the raw materials of the polished tile decorative layer, the lightweight material layer and the foamed material pressing layer in a mold, and performing compression molding; and spreading raw materials of the foamed material stacking layer on the foamed material pressing layer, and firing to obtain the composite foaming ceramic. A large number of pore structures can be formed in the firing process, so the obtained ceramic has a high compressive strength and a good heat insulation performance, and the fire endurance reaches 2 h or longer.
本发明提供一种发泡剂、发泡料、复合发泡陶瓷及其制备方法。发泡剂包括150目碳化硅和1500目碳化硅。发泡料:抛光砖废渣50‑80份、粘土5‑15份、长石10‑25份、滑石2‑8份、稳定剂0.5‑2份和发泡剂0.2‑1.5份。复合发泡陶瓷,包括依次层叠的抛光砖装饰层、轻质材料层、发泡料压制层和发泡料堆积层。复合发泡陶瓷的制备方法:将抛光砖装饰层、轻质材料层和发泡料压制层的原料依次铺在模具内压制成型;发泡料堆积层的原料铺在所述发泡料压制层上,烧制得到复合发泡陶瓷。本申请提供的发泡剂、发泡料、复合发泡陶瓷,在烧制过程中能够形成大量的气孔结构,得到的陶瓷抗压强度高、隔热性能好,耐火极限达到2小时以上。
