A concrete box structure with a cooling device comprises a concrete box body structure wherein the cooling device is composed of a plurality of solar panels, a solar power generation device and a plurality of small draught fans, the solar panels are arranged outside the concrete box body structure, gaps are reserved between the solar panels and the surface of the concrete box body structure, the solar panels and the surface of the concrete box body structure are connected through supports, and the surface of the concrete box body structure is fully covered with the solar panels; the solar panels are electrically connected with a solar power generation device which is electrically connected with the small draught fans, and the small draught fans are arranged in the gaps. The concrete box structure with the cooling device has the technical advantages that while radiation of the sun directly acts on the surface of the concrete structure is avoided, solar energy can also be utilized for driving the draught fans so that the surface of the concrete structure can be actively cooled, it is avoided that large temperature difference stress is formed in the concrete structure, the problem that the concrete structure cracks because of a temperature difference is effectively avoided, and safety of a structural body is guaranteed.
