CONCRETE COOLING STRUCTURE
To provide a structure for efficiently performing cooling at a low cost so as to prevent heat shrinkage and crack and cracking by heat of hydration of concrete.SOLUTION: An exterior body 7 for heat transfer is mounted on a heat transfer pipe to which a heat transfer liquid 4 and one end thereof are inserted to the inside of a sheath 2 embedded in concrete 1 so as to surround the heat transfer pipe. The exterior body 7 for heat transfer is composed of a plurality of division pieces separated from each other in a circumferential direction of the heat transfer pipe, each of the division pieces includes a holding piece part brought into close contact with an outer surface of the heat transfer pipe, a bridge part extending to the outside in a radial direction of the heat transfer pipe from the holding piece part, and a heat exchange plate part which is integrated with the tip of the bridge part and extends in a direction surrounding the outside of the heat transfer pipe, and the exterior body for heat transfer is integrally mounted on the heat transfer pipe so as to wrap the heat transfer pipe in each holding piece part in each of the division pieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートの水和熱による熱収縮亀裂やひび割れを防止するための冷却を効率よくかつ低コストで行うことのできる構造を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート1に埋め込まれたシース2の内部に伝熱液4と共に、一端部が挿入される伝熱管に伝熱用外装体7が、伝熱管を囲繞した状態に取り付けられ、その伝熱用外装体7は、伝熱管の周方向に互いに分離している複数の分割片からなり、各分割片は、伝熱管の外表面に密着させられる保持片部と、保持片部から伝熱管の半径方向で外側に延びているブリッジ部と、ブリッジ部の先端部に一体化されかつ伝熱管の外側を囲繞する方向に延びている熱交換プレート部とを備え、かつ各分割片におけるそれぞれの保持片部で伝熱管を包み込んで伝熱用外装体が伝熱管に一体となるように取り付けられている。【選択図】図1
