The invention discloses a direct-current blowing and vacuuming machine. The direct-current blowing and vacuuming machine comprises a main shell which is provided with an air outlet, a driving motor arranged in the main shell, a direct-current power supply which is in electric connection with the driving motor, a collecting device connected with the air outlet and an electrostatic discharge unit which is in electric connection with the driving motor and extends into the air outlet or the collecting device. According to the blowing and vacuuming machine, the electrostatic discharge unit is arranged in the blowing and vacuuming machine to avoid the electrostatic accumulation in the direct-current blowing and vacuuming machine, and therefore static electricity is prevented from electrically shocking a user or damaging electronic components in the blowing and vacuuming machine.
