The method includes the steps that three externally attached steel plates and a vertical connecting plate are welded into an open type steel framework in a constant strength mode, and the shape of the steel framework is matched with that of the existing steel reinforced concrete beam; the vertical connecting beam and the newly added steel beam are connected into a whole; stiffening splicing steel is welded to the steel framework in a constant strength mode; the lower ends of through-plate anchor bolts are connected with the lower end of the steel framework through double nuts, the upper ends of the through-plate anchor bolts are in plug welding connection with perforated plug welding steel plates, and the existing steel reinforced concrete beam is tightened up. The connecting method has the advantages that the through-plate anchor bolts keep away from the steel reinforced concrete beam bearing force mainly, and structural integrity of the steel reinforced concrete beam is guaranteed; the steel framework adheres to the existing steel reinforced concrete beam through structural adhesives integrally, and the strength and rigidity of the existing steel reinforced concrete beam are improved. According to the method, materials are easy to obtain, construction procedures are simple, and conduction quality is reliable; the method is suitable for the situations that a steel structure is newly added to the existing steel reinforced concrete beam and a structural beam plate system is combined with the existing steel reinforced concrete beam, and the method has wide application prospects.
