Perlite preheating system
The invention provides a perlite preheating system which comprises a preheating furnace. The preheating furnace comprises a furnace frame, a transmission device, a furnace body and a combustor. The furnace body is supported onto the furnace frame. The transmission device is used for rotating the furnace body. The front end of the furnace body is provided with a feeding opening. The tail end of the furnace body is provided with a discharging opening. The combustor is arranged in the furnace body. According to the perlite preheating system, perlite is preheated through the preheating furnace in an internal combustion mode, and the loss of the heat generated when the combustor conducts combustion is reduced greatly, so that the utilization efficiency of energy sources is improved remarkably, and energy sources are saved.
