Phosphogypsum-based imitation wood-floor-structured building material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a phosphogypsum-based imitation wood-floor-structured building material and preparation method thereof, wherein the building material is composed of following raw materials, by weight: 40-100 parts of phosphogypsum, 20-60 parts of electrolysis yellow phosphorus furnace slag and 2-5 parts of quick lime. The preparation method includes steps of: blending raw materials, aging the blended materials, performing a moulding process, performing autoclaved curing, preparing a phosphogypsum base material, drying the phosphogypsum base material, and spraying the phosphogypsum base material to obtain the finished product. The phosphogypsum-based imitation wood-floor-structured building material is simple in construction technology, is light in weight, is good in water proof and fire proof performances, is high in compressive strength and flexural strength, is good in weather resistance, has an excellent decorative effect as an indoor decorative building material, can consume a large amount of the phosphogypsum while reduce consumption of natural wood materials, and has quite important significance in environment protection and sustainable development.
