The invention relates to a low-quality industrial byproduct gypsum resource utilization method, which comprises the following steps: 1)mixing the following components of 57-66 parts of titanium gypsum, 3-6 parts of alkaline residue, 7-12 parts of fly ash, 21-27 parts of phosphogypsum and 1-4 parts of fluorgypsum according to mass; and then grinding to a powder form; 2)stirring the powdery material obtained in the steps 1) for 23-47 minutes; and 3)extruding and compacting a mixture obtained in the step 2) to a spherical state to obtain the gypsumsphere product. The method of the invention provides a new thinking for treating industrial waste residue, but not simply performs harmlessness processing on the waste residue through a chemical or a physical method, a plurality of waste residue can be reused by employing the characteristics of the waste residues. The method can change waste into valuables, harmlessness processing investment is omitted, and thereby novel product can be sold for making a profit. For the pollution enterprises, the method can be actively employed.
