The preparation method is characterized in that an aluminum oxide cast sheet is prepared by virtue of a casting technology, the metal ceramic layer is printed on the aluminum oxide cast sheet by utilizing a screen printing process, and the cast sheet and the printed metal ceramic layer cast sheet are alternately arranged and laminated according to an appropriate layer number to be sintered to obtain the monolithic structure high-gradient insulator by removing organic matters.
