Composite foaming cement board and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a composite foaming cement board which is prepared from following components, by mass: 80-90 parts of Portland cement, 8-12 parts of fly ash, 1-2 parts of gypsum, 0.6-0.9 parts of polystyrene, 1-2 parts of expanded perlite, 0.08-0.12 parts of vinylon fibers, 0.2-0.3 parts of mica, 0.5-0.8 parts of quartz sand, 0.2-0.4 parts of sodium stearate, 1-2 parts of aluminum sulfate, 0.2-0.3 parts of calcium chloride, 0.2-0.3 parts of a foam stabilizing agent, 1.1-1.5 parts of a foaming agent, 3-5 parts of a hydrophobic treatment agent and 85-95 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the composite foaming cement board. The composite foaming cement board is excellent in tension strength and compressive strength, is not liable to crack during thermal-insulating construction of an external wall and is excellent in a thermal-insulating effect.
