The invention discloses a building thermal-insulation material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 5-10 parts of fly ash, 1-3 parts of a foaming agent, 0.2-0.6 part of calcium stearate and 20-40 parts of water. The building thermal-insulation material is an A-grade light material, has the characteristics of thermal insulation and sound insulation and can be applied to a building interior and exterior wall thermal-insulation material, a fireproof sound-insulation belt and the like.
