The invention discloses an internal wall thermal-insulation material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-45 parts of portland-pozzolana cement, 4-12 parts of fly ash, 1-3 parts of foaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part of trisodium phosphate and 20-40 parts of water. The internal wall thermal-insulation material is a Grade-A light material, and has the characteristics of thermal insulation, heat shielding and sound insulation.
