The invention provides a fiber-reinforced polyurethane composite material fishplate. Fiber-reinforced polyurethane composite material fishplates are installed on the two sides of a steel rail through bolts. The fiber-reinforced polyurethane composite material fishplate is characterized by comprising a fishplate body and a sectional type steel guard plate assembly, wherein the sectional type steel guard plate assembly comprises a plurality of steel guard plates separated from one another, and through holes corresponding to fishplate body mounting holes are formed in the steel guard plates; the two fishplates are installed on the two sides of the steel rail respectively due to the fact that the bolts penetrate through the through holes and the fishplate body mounting holes; the face, close to the steel rail, of the fishplate body is correspondingly matched with a rail web of the steel rail, the bottom surface of a rail head of the steel rail and the top surface of a rail bottom of the steel rail in shape, and the other face of the fishplate body is matched with the steel guard plates; at least one hollow portion is contained in the fishplate. Insulation reliability of the fishplate relative to a rail circuit in the long-term use process is greatly improved, the examination period is greatly prolonged, and the workload of maintenance and replacement is also greatly reduced.
