A portable tire pricking vehicle interception device comprises a base plate, a plurality of first nails arranged on the first side of the base plate and a plurality of second nails arranged on the second side of the base plate, wherein each first nail and each second nail each comprise a bottom end and a tip, the bottom ends of the first nails and the bottom ends of the second nails are fixed to the base plate, the tips of the first nails and the tips of the second nails face the direction away from the base plate, and the minimum value of the width and length of the base plate is larger than 1.5 times of the sum of the thickness of the base plate, the height of each first nail and the height of the corresponding second nail. The device can further comprise a sponge body arranged on the first side of the base plate, a sponge body arranged on the second side of the base plate and a flexible member connected with the base plate. The device has the advantages of being small in size, light, reliable in tire pricking and the like, and is suitable for being taken along and quickly thrown for use.
