The special pricking head for repairing the inspection well comprises an annular support, a plurality of arc-shaped blocks arranged at equal intervals are fixedly connected to the annular support, the cross section of the annular support is in a circular ring shape, and sealing rings are fixedly connected to the upper surfaces of the arc-shaped blocks; a plurality of mounting cavities are formed in the annular support, each arc-shaped block is provided with a fixing cavity communicating with the corresponding mounting cavity, a sliding assembly is arranged in each mounting cavity, each sliding assembly comprises a fixing plate fixedly mounted in the corresponding fixing cavity, and a moving rod is slidably connected to the corresponding fixing plate. In the repairing process of the overhaul well, when the pipeline is moved, the joint of the annular support and the pipeline cannot relatively slide, so that the sealing performance between the pipeline and the annular support is greatly improved, and subsequent repairing operation on the overhaul well is facilitated.
