Multifunctional road snow removing vehicle and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides a multifunctional road snow removing vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof. A snow removing disc assembly, a frame side plate, a support beam, a first supporting arm, a second supporting arm and a third supporting arm constitute a whole body to be connected with a chassis truck. A snow removing circular brush, a snow collecting device, an assembling side plate, an assembling beam, a first main beam, a second main beam, a third main beam and an elevator constitute a whole body to be connected with the chassis truck. The lower end of an elevator bucket chain is connected with an auger fixing central spindle in the snow collecting device. During road snow removing operation, all telescopic hydraulic cylinders are extended to enable the snow removing disc assembly to reach the width for snow removing operation; all displacement hydraulic cylinders are extended to enable the snow removing circular brush and the snow collecting device to reach the width for snow removing operation. A chassis engine drives the chassis truck and drags a trailer to travel forwards to conduct snow removing operation. Road surface accumulated snow is crushed by the snow removing circular disc assembly, and the crushed accumulated snow can be lifted to an accumulated snow conveying belt to enter the trailer.
