Method for forming novel pile based on construction waste recycled aggregate
The invention discloses a method for forming a novel pile based on construction waste recycled aggregate. The novel pile is manufactured by taking the construction waste as the aggregate; the method comprises the steps of pretreating the construction waste before pipe formation, next, measuring a pile position and embedding a pile casing; forming holes by use of a spiral drilling machine, pouring concrete cushion layers on the bottoms of the holes, lowering down a steel reinforcement cage in the drilled holes, filling the casing with the construction wastes at different layers and compacting by use of a column hammer to form a compacted layer, pouring concrete into the steel reinforcement cage, vibrating for compacting and forming, and then lifting the casing to a certain height, filling in the construction waste, compacting by use of the column hammer, repeating the process until the filler thickness reaches the designed elevation, pulling out the casing, and lifting out the pile casing, thereby forming the novel pile based on the construction waste recycled aggregate. The novel pile has the advantages of resource recycling, energy saving and consumption reduction, going green and environmental protection, good anti-shearing and compression resistance effect, small deformation, stable structure, good balance, high single pile bearing capacity, durability and the like.
