Construction waste recycled aggregate dry-mixed cement gravel pile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a construction waste recycled aggregate dry-mixed cement gravel pile and a preparation method thereof. The pile is formed by pouring a cement gravel material prepared from construction waste recycled aggregate and cement. The preparation method of the construction waste recycled aggregate comprises the following steps that waste concrete in construction waste is primarily screened by utilizing a grating type screening machine; concrete blocks are primarily crushed, and it is ensured that the particle size of crushed aggregate is less than 40 mm; iron products in the construction waste are removed through a magnetic separator; the construction waste falls to the inclined face from the high position, due to the fact that collision modes and movement modes of materials and the inclined face are different, initial speeds are different, air resistances borne by all components in air are different, and horizontal sliding-out distances are different, so that all the components are separated; the construction waste is conveyed into a winnowing separation table, and light impurities are separated through winnowing equipment; and after screening and crushing for multiple times, the construction waste recycled aggregate with the particle size meeting the requirement is obtained. According to the preparation method, the construction waste is utilized, and the reinforcing effect can be well achieved.
一种建筑垃圾再生骨料干拌水泥碎石桩及其制备方法，由建筑垃圾再生骨料与水泥配制得到的水泥碎石料灌注成桩。建筑垃圾再生骨料的制备方法包括以下步骤：利用格栅式筛分机对建筑垃圾中的废旧混凝土进行初次筛分；对混凝土块初级破碎，保证破碎后骨料粒径<40mm；通过磁选机剔除建筑垃圾中的铁制品；将建筑垃圾从高处下落到斜面，因为物料与斜面的碰撞方式及运动方式不同，所以初速度不同，各组分在空气中受到的空气阻力不同，水平滑出距离不同，由此将各组分分离；将建筑垃圾运入风选分离台，通过风选设备将轻质杂质分离；经过多次筛分及破碎得到粒径符合要求的建筑垃圾再生骨料。本发明不仅利用了建筑垃圾，而且能够很好的实现加固作用。
