The invention provides a modular construction method of a subway station. The method comprises the steps of dividing each ring of a station structure into a bottom plate prefabricated component, a top plate prefabricated part and a sidewall prefabricated component which can be spliced before constructing; constructing a base cushion layer during constructing; arranging a reaction frame; splicing a head ring close to the reaction frame; welding the head ring to the reaction frame through a steel plate after forming a ring; then sequentially splicing other rings, and grouting mortises in the prefabricated parts during splicing each ring; timely backfilling large grooves in the sidewall with concrete after splicing every ten rings; grouting the base. According to the method, the cross beam type prefabricating splicing method is adopted, and the subway station is constructed by a modular manner; the method is small in noise, small in pollution, fast, small in labor input, and easy to control the quality, and can greatly increase the construction speed, so that the construction cost of the station can be greatly reduced.
