The invention relates to a trailer concrete pump truck, comprising a trailer platform, a pump mechanism installed on the trailer platform, and a conveying pipeline; the pump mechanism comprises a pump transportation mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, a concrete distribution mechanism, a hopper and a stirring mechanism. In the trailer concrete pump truck, the flexibility of the concrete pump truck in engineering projects is increased by means of the design of reducing the truck size and changing the conveying pipeline, and meanwhile, an electric motor provides drive power to the pump truck. The conveying pipeline combines with a tower crane, and the conveying pipeline is fixed on the tower crane by means of a special clamp, so that the conveying and the pouring in the whole concrete pump truck are integrated; therefore, the trailer concrete pump truck is small in occupied space, compact in structure, convenient in dispatching, low in manufacturing cost and applicable to construction of low-medium buildings.
