The invention relates to a secure electronic anti-theft lock. The lock comprises a shell on which a lining plate is arranged, a main tongue hole is formed in the lining plate, a knob switch and a cylinder component are arranged outside the shell and a main tongue component and a main tongue reset spring are arranged in the shell. The anti-theft lock is characterized in that a driving shifting fork and a shifting component are arranged in the shell, a first clutch device is arranged between the driving shifting fork and the cylinder component, and a second clutch device driven to clutch the shifting component and the knob switch by the driving shifting fork is arranged in the shell. The secure electronic anti-theft lock provided by the invention is simple in structure and high in security, a lock mechanism cannot be needed to be opened, and the time and space cannot be needed to be matched. The invention further relates to an unlocking method of the secure electronic anti-theft lock. The method comprises the following steps: a, fingerprint verification; b, selecting an unlocking model through touch, and carrying out a step c1 when password unlocking is selected; carrying out a step c2 when key unlocking is selected; c1, inputting a password; c2, realizing key matching; d, unlocking by a knob. The secure electronic anti-theft lock provided by the invention is simple in step, convenient to operate and high in security.
