The invention discloses an unlocking device for an anti-theft lock. The unlocking device comprises a mounting base, a locking block, a locking rod, a motor support fixing plate, a locking limiting switch, an emergency opening lock and a limiting switch fixing support. The side, close to the locking rod, of the outer circle surface of the locking rod is provided with a locking groove. One end of an arc-shaped plate is hinged to the motor support fixing plate. The other end of the arc-shaped plate is clamped in the clocking groove. A locking switch contact pin is pressed on the contact of the locking limiting switch. The emergency opening lock comprises an emergency lock cylinder, a poking fork arranged on a rotating shaft of the emergency lock cylinder and a rubber plug. A poking block is fixedly arranged on a pressing plate. The poking fork corresponds to the poking block. When the anti-theft lock fails, the lock cylinder is poked through a key, then the poking block is matched with the poking fork, the other end of the arc-shaped plate moves upwards, the other end, clamped in the locking groove, of the arc-shaped plate is poked out of the locking groove, and the emergency unlocking function is achieved.
