The invention provides a coaxial shutting ring latch. The coaxial shutting ring latch comprises a lock body, a lock hook located on the lock body, a shutting component and a deadbolt. The lock hook is provided with a lock hook connecting end limited in the lock body and a lock hook free end which can be inserted into or separated from a lock hole in the upper end of the lock body. The lock hook connecting end, the shutting component and the deadbolt are coaxially arranged in an assembling through hole of the lock body and are limited through a gland. Due to the coaxial shutting ring latch, the lock hook connecting end, the shutting component and the deadbolt are sequentially and coaxially arranged in the assembling through hole of the lock body, that is, a lock hook connecting end containing hole, a transverse pin containing hole and a deadbolt assembling hole in an existing ring latch are replaced with the assembling through hole; and a transverse pin is not required to be arranged, and the ring latch has the advantages of being simple in structure, few in spare and accessory part, low in producing and machining cost, simple in assembling technology, high in production efficiency and the like.
