According to one aspect of the present invention, an opening and closing window using a link comprises: a plurality of fixing frames for fixing a fix window at the outside; a main frame provided between the fixing frames and including an opening hole which is formed to be opened at the inside; an opening and closing frame accommodated in the opening hole of the main frame, accommodating a glass window at the inside, and being opened and closed by being separated toward the outside from the main frame; an opening and closing link fixed to both side surfaces of the main frame and moving the opening and closing frame to an upper portion of an outer side of the main frame; and an opening and closing handle provided at the inside of the opening and closing link and provided in an end portion of the opening and closing link to operate the opening and closing link.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 링크를 활용하는 개폐창은 외측에 픽스창을 고정하는 다수의 고정프레임과, 다수의 상기 고정프레임 사이에 구비되며 내측이 개방되어 형성되는 개방홀을 구비하는 메인프레임과, 상기 메인프레임의 개방홀에 수용되고 내측에 유리창을 수용하여 상기 메인프레임에서 실외측으로 이탈되며 개폐되는 개폐프레임과, 상기 메인프레임의 양 측면에 고정되어 상기 개폐프레임을 상기 메인프레임의 실외측 상부로 이동시키기 위한 개폐링크와, 상기 개폐링크의 실내측에 구비되어 상기 개폐링크를 조작하기 위하여 상기 개폐링크 단부에 구비되는 개폐손잡이를 포함할 수 있다.
