A rapid setting reinforcing agent for Portland cement foamed lightweight partition boards comprises 10-20wt% of bone gelatin, 2-5wt% of sodium sulfate, 0.02-0.05wt% of a triethanolamine solution, and the balance of water. A preparation method of the rapid setting reinforcing agent comprises the following steps: immersing the bone gelatin in 30-40DEG C warm water with the weight 2 times the weight of the bone gelatin for 12h in a container, putting immersed and softened bone gelatin, the warm water and sodium sulfate in a temperature control electrothermal stirring tank machine, adding the balance water, heating while stirring at 30-40n/min to 70-75DEG C, hydrolyzing for 2-3h, standing for 5h, filtering the above obtained hydrolyzed solution, injecting the filtered solution into the temperature control electrothermal stirring tank machine, adding triethanolamine, controlling the temperature in a range of 30-40DEG C, and uniformly stirring for 20-30min to obtain the rapid setting reinforcing agent.
