The invention discloses a cement foaming agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of pure water, 24-30 parts of a dispersing agent, 7-9 parts of a foaming component and 0.5-1.2 parts of an antioxidant, the foaming component is prepared from lauryl alcohol polyether-23, liquefied butane, liquefied iso-butane, sodium lauryl sulfate and liquefied propane; the dispersing agent comprises triethanolamine, palmitic acid and stearic acid. According to the cement foaming agent, slurry can obtain a good leveling effect, meanwhile, the influence of a dispersing agent on cement hydration reaction is reduced, the foaming effect of the foaming agent is promoted, and meanwhile, the foaming agent composition can obtain uniform and stable bubbles under the action of the dispersing agent. Compared with an existing hydrogen peroxide foaming or aluminum powder foaming mode, the foaming uniformity is higher, the foaming effect is more durable, bubbles cannot be broken before initial setting of cement, the defect of product structure collapse in the solidification stage is reduced, pollution to the environment is avoided, corrosion is avoided, flammable gas cannot be generated, and the use safety coefficient is high.
本发明公开了一种水泥发泡剂,按照重量份计,包括40~60份纯水、24~30份分散剂、7~9份发泡组分和0.5~1.2份抗氧化剂;所述发泡组分包括月桂醇聚醚‑23、液化丁烷、液化异丁烷、月桂醇硫酸钠和液化丙烷;所述分散剂包括三乙醇胺、棕榈酸和硬脂酸。所述水泥发泡剂可以使浆料获得较好的流平效果,同时减少分散剂对水泥水化反应的影响,促进发泡剂的发泡效果,同时该发泡剂组合在该分散剂的作用下可以获得均匀,稳定的气泡。相比以现有的双氧水发泡或铝粉发泡方式,发泡均匀度更高,发泡效果更持久,气泡不会在水泥初凝前破裂,减少了凝固阶段产品结构塌陷的缺陷,且不会对环境造成污染,无腐蚀性,不会产生易燃性气体,使用安全系数高。
