Bridge expansion joint device
The invention discloses a bridge expansion joint device, comprising a bridge expansion joint body which is arranged between two bridge bodies and is composed of lattice type steel, stiffening ribs, rubber plates, water drainage guide slots, countersunk head screws, limiting bolts, polytetrafluoroethylene plates, prefabricated reinforced concrete bodies and exposed reinforcing steel heads. The bridge expansion joint device is characterized in that each prefabricated reinforced concrete body is in a step shape; the polytetrafluoroethylene plates are fixed below the lattice type steel; the polytetrafluoroethylene plates are arranged on the stepped extending parts of the prefabricated reinforced concrete bodies in a layered superposing manner; the maximal displacements of the polytetrafluoroethylene plates are limited by the limiting bolts. The topmost lattice type steel is connected through the rubber plates; the rubber plates are connected with the lower lattice type steel through the countersunk head screws; one water drainage guide slot is formed in the gap between every two adjacent rubber plates. According to the bridge expansion joint device, the lattice type steel is superposed in a layering manner, so that the originally larger expansion displacement is effectively cut and divided on a road surface position, therefore the displacement of each joint is reduced; meanwhile, corbels extend out for bearing the load of the road surface, so that the deformation of an expansion joint body, caused by vehicle impact, is reduced, and the driving comfortableness is improved.
