The invention relates to a home decoration process, in particular to a decoration ceiling process, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of designing a ceiling shape according to a room ceiling; cutting an EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) fire retardant board to form strip-shaped or block-shaped keels; at least coating elastic emulsion on connecting surfaces of the keels, the room ceiling and the ceiling until drying; adhering the connecting faces of keels and the room ceiling to the room ceiling through glue solution; connecting the ceiling with the keels through glue solution; coating glue solution and pasting non-woven fabrics on seams of the ceiling; puttying and painting emulsion paint after drying. The decoration ceiling process has no pollution, is moisture-proof and fire-retardant, light and durable, simple and convenient to operate, low in cost, and wide in application range, and has larger popularization and application value.
