The invention provides a ceiling decoration structure. The ceiling decoration structure comprises a plurality of basic keels, a plurality of installation keels and a plurality of decoration plates. The installation keels and the foundation keels are arranged in a crossed mode, and the installation keels and the foundation keels are connected at the crossed points. Each mounting keel is configured to be of a groove-shaped structure with a downward opening; and a bayonet structure is arranged in the groove-shaped structure. Each decorative plate is located in a space defined by the installation keel and the foundation keel, vertical plates are arranged on a set of opposite edges of each decorative plate, and lock catches are arranged on the vertical plates; the vertical plate on the decorative plate is used for being inserted into the groove-shaped structures of the two oppositely-arranged installation keels from bottom to top, when the vertical plate is inserted into a preset position, the lock catch is clamped with the bayonet structure in the groove-shaped structures, when the decorative plate is subjected to preset numerical force opposite to the insertion direction of the vertical plate, the lock catch is separated from the bayonet structure, and the vertical plate can be drawn out from the groove-shaped structure. The ceiling decoration structure is extremely convenient to mount and dismount.
