The invention discloses a building formwork constructing method. The method comprises the following steps of (1) fixing a formwork on a building framework, (2) fixing a metal framework on the outer surface of the formwork, (3) pouring concrete on the inner surface of the formwork, (4) disassembling the metal framework, reserving the formwork and combining the formwork with the concrete integrally. Complex work in a formwork installing and disassembling process is avoided, and meanwhile the cost of formwork supporting materials is reduced.
