The invention relates to a building sectional material, and particularly relates to a heat-insulation and energy-saving door and window sectional material with a water heater. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the heat-insulation and energy-saving door and window sectional material with the water heater comprises a sectional material body, wherein a mounting cavity is arranged in the sectional material body; a heavy-current safe low-voltage heating pipe and a two-legged transformer are erected in the mounting cavity; an input end of the two-legged transformer is electrically connected with a power supply; an output end of the two-legged transformer is electrically connected with a water inlet end and a water outlet end of the heavy-current safe low-voltage heating pipe to form a loop respectively. By adopting the technical way, the heat-insulation and energy-saving door and window sectional material with the water heater, which is wide in serviceable range and quick in heating and through which a user can obtain hot water at any time, is provided.
