The invention relates to a building sectional material, and particularly relates to a multifunctional heat-insulation door and window with a solar cell panel. According to the specific technical scheme, the multifunctional heat-insulation door and window with the solar cell panel comprises a frame body, wherein the frame body comprises at least two sectional materials which are connected through a heat-insulation broken bridge; vacuum glass and a solar thin film cell panel are erected in the frame body; placement spaces and water heater assemblies are arranged in the sectional materials; the water heater assemblies comprise heavy-current safe low-voltage heating pipes which are erected in the placement spaces; the heavy-current safe low-voltage heating pipes are provided with water inlet ends and water outlet ends; the frame is provided with an inverter and a two-legged transformer, which are electrically connected with the solar thin film cell panel; the two-legged transformer is electrically connected with the water inlet ends and the water outlet ends of the heavy-current safe low-voltage heating pipes to form a loop. By adopting the scheme, the multifunctional heat-insulation door and window with the solar cell panel, which can be used for collecting electric energy through the solar cell panel, is strong in loading capacity, and can be integrally mounted with a household electric appliance, is provided.
