The invention provides a gardening working ladder. A base plate of the gardening working ladder is fixedly provided with a hole seat; a movable pin is connected with the hole seat and a movable seat; the outer conical surface of a column is mated with the inner conical surface of an inner conical hole of the movable seat or an inner conical hole of a lower column, thereby realizing fixation; and after fixation through mating of the inner conical hole with the outer conical surface, an annular latching groove on the inner conical surface is mated with a latching end in a right-angle shape, thereby realizing automatic locking of the mated inner and outer conical surfaces. Foldable pedals capable of being furled towards one end of the joint of the columns are fixed at two sides of the surfaces of the columns; and an antiskid adhesive is pasted at the bottom of the base plate. The gardening working ladder has a simple structure, is convenient to assembly, use and carry, does not need tools during assembling and dismounting of the ladder for use and overcomes problems in climbing and standing when a gardener trims branches of a garden; in climbing with the ladder, the ladder can be rapidly assembled, is safe and reliable and is convenient to climb; after usage of the ladder, the ladder is convenient to dismount, package and transport.
