The invention belongs to aircraft riveting assembly techniques, in particular to a gantry working ladder including two working ladders in incomplete bilateral symmetry. Each working ladder includes three storeys, the first storey is used for riveting left and right sides of an aircraft during aircraft body butting, the second storey is a ladder transition stage, the third storey is used for riveting during aircraft body top butting, and working tops of the adjacent storeys are connected through stairways, wherein the working tops of the third storeys of the first and second working ladders are connected through a cantilever connecting assembly, forming a gantry structure; wherein the cantilever connecting assembly comprises a cantilever beam, a connecting mechanism and a locking mechanism, the cantilever is provided with a working top, one end of the cantilever beam is connected with one working ladder, and the other end of the cantilever beam is connected with the other working ladder through the locking mechanism. The butting problem of an aircraft body is solved, and the gantry working ladder is suitable for long-term use, easy to operate and higher in safety.
