The invention relates to a lifting flower rack with the refuge function. The lifting flower rack with the refuge function comprises a flower guardrail, a left vertical slideway, a right vertical slideway and a left supporting connecting-rod assembly, wherein the left vertical slideway and the right vertical slideway are fixed to the walls on the two sides of a window respectively. A left sliding block and a right sliding block are fixed to the inner end of a lower cross beam of a left side guardrail body of the flower guardrail and the inner end of a lower cross beam of a right side guardrail body of the flower guardrail respectively, and the left sliding block and the right sliding block are installed in the left vertical slideway and the right vertical slideway respectively. The left supporting connecting-rod assembly and a right supporting connecting-rod assembly comprise a left supporting rod and a right supporting rod respectively. The upper end of the left supporting rod is hinged to a left horizontal sliding block arranged on a longitudinal supporting rod of the left side guardrail body, and the lower end of the left supporting rod is hinged to a rotary hinge on a left hinge base. The upper end of the right supporting rod is hinged to a right horizontal sliding block arranged on a longitudinal supporting rod of the right side guardrail body, and the lower end of the right supporting rod is hinged to a rotary hinge on a right hinge base. Once a fire occurs, people can be protected against injuries caused by the fire by temporarily staying in the flower rack so as to wait for rescue; in addition, the lifting flower rack with the refuge function is practical, simple, convenient to operate and attractive in appearance.
