The invention discloses an aminomethylated lignin-based dispersant, and a preparation technology and an application thereof. The technology comprises the following steps: heating a pulping black liquor with the solid content of 11.8-60% as a raw material to 20-80DEG C, adding a sulfonic amino compound to adjust the pH value to 10.0-13.5, adding an aldehyde compound with the mass fraction of 1.0-9.0%, reacting at 60-110DEG C for 0.5-3h, adding a sulfonating agent with the mass fraction of 2.5-15%, reacting at 95-180DEG C for 2-5h, cooling, discharging to obtain a brown black liquid, and carrying out spray drying to obtain a solid pulvis. The aminomethylated lignin-based dispersant prepared in the invention has dispersing, complexing and chelating functions, and can be used in the fields of dye dispersant, concrete additives and ceramic additives.
