The invention discloses a soft-magnetic ferrite material. The soft-magnetic ferrite material comprises the following raw materials: Fe2O3, ZnO, Mn3O4, Bi2O3, SiO2, CaO, Ta2O5, Nb2O5, V2O5 and NiO, wherein a mol ratio of Fe2O3 to ZnO to Mn3O4 is 51-53: 24-26: 7-8, and on the basis of the sum of the mass of Fe2O3, ZnO and Mn3O4, the mass percentages of Bi2O3, SiO2, CaO, Ta2O5, Nb2O5, V2O5 and NiO are 0.015 to 0.025%, 0.010 to 0.015%, 0.015 to 0.020%, 0.015 to 0.020%, 0.04 to 0.05%, 0.020 to 0.025% and 0.06 to 0.08%, respectively. The soft-magnetic ferrite material is prepared through mutual cooperation of multiple process steps of primary mixing and wet grinding, drying, pre-sintering, secondary mixing and wet grinding, drying, sintering and the like after weighing of the raw materials.
