Desulphurization gun castable for nickel iron ladles, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a desulphurization gun castable for nickel iron ladles, wherein the desulphurization gun castable is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 78-88 parts of corundum, 3-5 parts of a silicon carbide micro-powder, 4-6 parts of pure calcium aluminate cement, 5-8 parts of an alumina micro-powder, 3-5 parts of silica fume, and 1-3 parts of a composite additive, wherein the composite additive is a combination of two or more of explosion-proof fibers, steel fibers, sodium tripolyphosphate or sodium hexametaphosphate. Due to high operation temperature in a nickel iron ladle desulfurization process, high-quality corundum is selected as an aggregate mainly because high refractoriness, abrasion resistance and scouring resistance of the high-quality corundum can reach the requirements of high temperature operation. The silicon carbide micro-powder is added in the castable, and while the thermal shock resistance of castable products can be improved, slag-resistant performance, non-stick slag performance and scouring resistance of the products can be effectively improved.
