The invention discloses an impregnation technology of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) resin. The impregnation technology comprises several steps of dust removing and drying, impregnation, curing, secondary impregnation and secondary curing, wherein impregnation refers to that the PTFE resin is added to an impregnation container and the container is pressurized to 0.3 Mpa for 2 hours; curing refers to that the temperature is increased to 360 DEG C and circular pressurization is performed continuously, so that the pressure is kept at 30 N; the specific temperature control process of curing is as follows: firstly, the temperature is slowly increased to 150 DEG C, secondarily, the temperature is increased by 10 DEG C each hour, and finally, the temperature is increased to 360 DEG C and kept for 3 hours.
