The invention discloses a recyclable furan resin impregnation technology. The technology comprises dust removing and drying, vacuum pumping, impregnation, curing and cooling, vacuum pumping, impregnation, curing and cooling are performed repeatedly according to the technological steps, the vacuum pumping step refers to that a graphite electrode is subjected to vacuum pumping until the pressure is 0.08 Mpa and kept for 2 h, and during impregnation, the graphite electrode is subjected to vacuum pumping until the pressure is 0.6 Mpa and kept for 2 h; the curing step refers to that the graphite electrode is cured at the temperature of 160-180 DEG C for 1 h and then cooled to the normal temperature. According to the furan resin impregnation technology, an acid soaking technology is omitted, so that furan resin can be recycled, the production cost is reduced, and the enterprise benefit is increased.
