The invention provides a rainwater regulation and storage system which comprises rainwater sewage interception facilities and rainwater regulation and storage facilities. The rainwater sewage interception facilities comprise a rainwater distributing well and a sewage interception device; the rainwater regulation and storage facilities comprise a PP module combination reservoir, a water inlet well arranged in the PP module combination reservoir, a liquid level well and an emptying well; the rainwater distributing well is communicated with the water inlet well through a water inlet pipe. By means of the rainwater regulation and storage system, equipment adopts environment-friendly products, so that secondary pollution can not be caused to surroundings; the equipment is buried, so that surface space is not occupied; rain flood phenomenon of a city can be mitigated in time, the function of fast regulation and storage is achieved, rainwater in the reservoir is emptied in time after raining, and it is guaranteed that the rainwater regulation and storage system can be used in time when the rain comes next time.
