A dry stream structure of the system is connected with a regulation and storage auxiliary pond; the secondary regulation and storage pond is communicated with the main regulation and storage pond through an overflow earth weir; a first blow-down pipe is mounted in the bottom of the overflow earth weir; a communicating pipe is mounted in the middle of the overflow earth weir, and two ends of the communicating pipe are respectively communicated with the middle of the secondary regulation and storage pond and the middle of the main regulation and storage pond; the bottom of the other opposite side of the regulation and storage main pond is connected with a second blow-down pipe, the middle of the other opposite side of the regulation and storage main pond is connected with a regulation and storage pipe, the upper portion of the other opposite side of the regulation and storage main pond is communicated with an overflow pipe, the height of the regulation and storage pipe is the same as the normal water level of the regulation and storage main pond, and the height of the overflow pipe is the same as the highest water level of the regulation and storage main pond; the regulation and storage pipe is used for regulating the normal water level in the regulation and storage auxiliary pond and the regulation and storage main pond, and the overflow pipe is used for regulating the highest water level in the regulation and storage main pond. The system can collect, regulate and store rainwater in the park and can also regulate and store rainwater of land parcels outside the park, and the pressure of a municipal drainage pipe network is reduced.
