The invention discloses a flexible reinforcing system of concrete column formworks. The system comprises a plurality of formwork flexible reinforcing components arranged on the outer side walls of the concrete column formworks at intervals in parallel. Each formwork flexible reinforcing component comprises two pairs of formwork flexible reinforcing component bodies, each pair of formwork flexible reinforcing component bodies includes two formwork flexible reinforcing component bodies which are arranged on the outer side walls of the two opposite concrete column formworks at the same height, and each concrete column formwork is clamped between the corresponding pair of formwork flexible reinforcing component bodies after two split bolts at the two ends are tensioned. The invention further discloses a concrete column construction method. A concrete column is constructed in the steps of erecting the concrete column formworks, reinforcing the column formworks through the flexible reinforcing system of the concrete column formworks, pouring concrete and detaching the flexible reinforcing system of the concrete column formworks and the column formworks. According to the system and the method, equipment is simple, construction is facilitated, concrete pouring appearance is improved, concrete pouring is more compact, and wood is saved.
