The invention provides a concrete column replacement reinforcing method and system, and relates to the field of construction buildings. The concrete column replacement reinforcing method comprises the steps that an original concrete column is evaluated, and based on the evaluation result, the part which does not meet the preset condition is divided into a to-be-dismantled column body, and the other part is divided into a reserved column body; designing according to the size of the to-be-dismantled column body and the evaluation result to obtain the structural size of the precast concrete column, and reserving a column cavity and a feeding hole in the precast concrete column; the column enclosure bulkhead of the prefabricated concrete column is prefabricated according to the designed structural size; the to-be-dismantled column body is dismantled, and a vacancy generated by the to-be-dismantled column body is replaced with the column enclosure bulkhead; and concrete is poured into the column cavity through the feeding opening, and it is ensured that the concrete is compact and free of cavities. According to the method, the to-be-dismantled column body is replaced through the prefabricated concrete column, the structure is supported, the self-supporting and formwork-erecting-free reinforcing method is adopted, and the disassembling and assembling difficulty of a reinforcing system is reduced.
