Hydroxyapatite/sodium titanate composite biological ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses hydroxyapatite/sodium titanate composite biological ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of biological materials. The composite biological ceramic is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30-50 parts of hydroxyapatite, 20-40 parts of sodium titanate, 5-10 parts of nanometer titania, 3-7 parts of zirconium oxide, 2-6 parts of boron nitride, 5-10 parts of aluminum oxide and 2-5 parts of nanometer zinc oxide. The invention further discloses a method for preparing the hydroxyapatite/sodium titanate composite biological ceramic. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) weighing; (2) ball grinding; (3) cold-press molding; (4) high-temperature calcinations; (5) cooling. The hydroxyapatite/sodium titanate composite biological ceramic provided by the invention utilizes the promotion action of sodium titanate on the biological activity of hydroxyapatite and further improves the biological performance of hydroxyapatite; therefore, the hydroxyapatite/sodium titanate composite biological ceramic provided by the invention has better biological activity and is an ideal skeleton repair substitute material.
